How i can access prices and buy from you ?

Please first create an account in using the register form. Once your account is approved and validated, your will receive an Email with your log in and password. If you meet troubles to create an account, please report your problem by Email : info@toysyiwu.com

What's the MOQ per product per order ?

The MOQ is usually 5 cartons per item, you can check the minimum quantities required product by product. If you want to save on shipping costs, we advise you to order a 20 or 40 foot container. For small orders (less than one container) we can ship your goods by air or LCL. If you already cooperate with an agent who handles your shipments from China, we can ship your products to their warehouse.

What’s your best price ?

Our system is based on requests for quotes .All prices are FOB, opp bags, labels stickers, products or packagings customization and any kind of certifications (test reports) are not included.

Although we try to update our prices regularly, please note that prices may be adjusted once we receive the selection of your products due to the current exchange rate (RMB/USD).

The initial price is the minimum order quantity (MOQ). Of course, we revise our prices for larger quantities. On each product page, we specify the quantity at which the price will be revised.

When we receive your quotation request, we check the availability of the products, the current price and the production time. We then send you a pro-forma invoice and you decide whether to confirm your order.

Are your products immediately ready for shipment?

If the products are in stock for the requested quantities, they can be delivered very quickly. If not, a production time is requiered, usually , the production time is 30/40 days , depending the quantities you need.

Can your products be customized?

Most of our products can be customized at the customer's request (the material, sizes, packaging...), you can decide also about the packing in bulk or in display's boxes, with individual Opp Bags or multiple pcs per bag.Please noted a MOQ is requiered for all customizations.

What's your payment Term ?

T/T. 30% deposit before the production and 70% before the shipping.

Do you manage the shipping ?

yes, we can take care of delevery : express, per sea or air, can include customs clearance, door-to door, from Ningbo to any ports in the world or to your warehouse. we will help you with the procedures on your side with a sea freight forwarder.
